How to order

1. Send me a DM with what you’d like to order, along with detailed descriptions and references (if you have any).
2. Payment is required upfront (qris or paypal). I’ll send you the invoice via email or dm
3. Once the payment is completed, I’ll start with the sketch and ask for your approval before moving on to the coloring stage. (Revisions are only allowed during this stage, with a maximum of 3 revisions.)
4. after your approval, i will start with the coloring process
5. i’ll send the finished artwork to your email or google drive link

ToS and Refunds

1. You can’t decline the commission if i already sent you the sketch.
2. I have the right to decline any commission if I’m unable to complete it/feel uncomfortable with the request/ for any other reason that i can or cannot tell.
3. Payment must be made upfront.
4. The estimated time to complete a commission is up to one month, starting from the date of the payment. A full refund will be issued if I’m unable to complete the commission*
5. Revisions are limited to a maximum of 3 times and are only available during the sketch stage. Once the coloring stage has begun, only minor revisions are allowed (no major changes to the overall design; for example, changing nail color in coloring stage is acceptable).
6. The final file will be delivered to your email or a with a Google Drive link. For Google Drive deliveries, please download your file as soon as possible, as it may be removed after one year depending on my available storage.
7. Payment is accepted via QRIS (for local clients) and PayPal (for international clients).
8. All commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
9. All commissioned artwork may be used as samples/portfolio by the artist.
10. Do not upload commissioned artwork to AI*Full refunds will be issued/can be asked under the following conditions:
1. Refunds will be issued if i am unable to complete the commission due to urgent circumstances.
2. Refunds can be asked if i provide no updates at all >5 days (if you ask me for update) or for one month after payment (if you dont ask update and i dont give you any update until deadline)
3. Refunds will be issued if I decline the commission after payment.
4. Refunds will not be issued if the client is unresponsive or takes too long to reply in the process (>5 days)
